A. Chassis System
Chassis is precision machined from a solid billet of high strength aircraft grade aluminum. Standard M14 and M1A
actions are easily installed using existing M14 tools, making the conversion a true “drop-in”. Rigidity of the chassis
increases accuracy and reliability.

B. Operating Rod Block
Precision machined from ordnance grade steel and designed to interface in close tolerance with the aluminum
stock chassis. Additional stock bedding is eliminated by the op-rod block being joined to the chassis by three 1/4”
screws and the standard trigger mechanism. Increases reliability and tighter groups. (Please specify light or
medium barrel)  Will not fit Heavy barrel

C. Collapsible Stock
Straight line recoil decreases muzzle jump and felt recoil. Adjustable length of pull facilitates the use of body
armor and stock “fit” for all shooters. Full size soft recoil pad. 1913 Picitanny rail above the pistol grip is
engineered to provide close eye relief for night vision modules. Thumb release facilitates fast and easy opening.

D. Sling Mount Point
All sling mounting points are steel. Three ambidextrous 1-1/4” sling slot locations:
• Movable front plate.
• Ambidextrous sling position located between the chassis
and the collapsible stock, above pistol grip.
• Rear ambidextrous sling mount at the butt end of the
collapsible stock under the cheek rest.

E. Adjustable Cheek Rest
Robust glass filled polymer full contour cheek rest. 2” vertical adjustment in 1/4” increments. The cheek rest is
field adjustable, using the tip of a 7.62mm bullet. Convenient self stowing tensioning wrench releases cheek rest
for adjustment and eliminates cheek rest movement when in its stowed position.

F. Sighting and Optical Mounting Surfaces
All mounting surfaces are Mil-Spec 1913 Picitanny Rail.
Forward mounting surfaces:
- 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock rail.
- 6 o’clock rail.
- 12 o’clock one piece machined top with integral rail.
Collapsible stock main body-1.75” 1913 rail.

G. Detachable Forearm
Formed KYDEX® construction. Easily removed from stock chassis. Built in palm swell. Minimizes heat transfer
generated by high firing rates. Accepts Sage International, Ltd. vertical foregrip when the detachable forearm is
mounted.
M1A M14 - SAGE EBR Stock
Sage's design is, in our opinion, the result of
a thorough and sophisticated engineering
process and their execution of the design is
exceptional. The main chassis is machined
from a solid billet of aluminum as is the upper
hand guard/rail platform which bolts to the
lower chassis via 6 machine screws. A kydex
hand guard attaches to the bottom of the
chassis immediately in front of the magazine
well and is quite comfortable as well as
effective in preventing abrasions against
what we would consider to be hard angles.
The telescoping stock assembly borrows
heavily from the design of SAGE's
telescoping 870 stock and comes bolted
securely to the back of the main chassis. It
utilizes two steel rods with 6 notches to allow
for an adjustable overall length/length of pull
and features a polycarbonate cheekpiece
that is adjustable in height via a lever on the
right side of the buttplate. When the lever is
rotated up, with a bit of effort the cheek piece
can be moved up and down. When the lever
is down, the cheekpiece is securely locked
into place with no perceptible wobble or
travel.

Sage Detachable Cantilever Sight Base
The detachable cantilevered sight base is
manufactured from aircraft grade aluminum
and completely bridges the M14 action
back to the rear sight. It is adjustable for
oversized or undersized rails with a positive
cam locking mechanism. The rail surface is
engaged by flat non-scuffing pads and the
sight base is supported on both ends. The
ability to position optics rearward toward
the shooter using the Sage Detachable
Cantilevered Sight Base enhances target
acquisition.

Delivery times of the Sage M14 ALCS stock have continued to increase.  Sage now has a new contract with the military
for this much sought-after stock which could further increase lead-times.  The new contract includes the very popular  
Detachable Cantilever Sight Base, which is now also included in the products with increased lead times.

We are a Sage Master Distributor and have several large orders in place.  All of our customers who ordered stocks
before October 20th have received them.  The current best estimate is that all other customers who ordered stocks
before the New Year should receive them before March 2013.

Because new customer orders are likely to be delayed until June 2013 or later, we will be accepting new orders for
M14ALCS stocks on a Deposit Only basis.  The deposit price will be $199 and will guarantee you a stock from existing
orders we have in place with Sage.  The balance of the sales price plus shipping charges and any applicable sales tax
will be collected only when we have received a firm delivery commitment from Sage.
