80% Billet AR-15 Lower Receivers & Jigs
An 80% lower will require you to finish the machining
with a drill press and Jig Kit (Part # JUG-1599). The
jig kit is custom made specifically to fit our 80% billet
AR-15 lower receivers.


The 80% lower Drill Bit/Hardware Kit (Part #
JUG-1598) includes eight drills in total.

(1) 0.484" Cobalt Drill, (1) 0.375" Cobalt Drill, (1)
0.156" Cobalt Drill, (2) 0.125" Cobalt Drill, (1) #H
Cobalt Drill, (1) 3/8" Carbide End Mill, (1) 1/4" Carbide
End Mill


We soon will be offering a GOOD, BETTER & BEST
lower parts kit option to be combined with your
purchase of an 80% lower. Each lower parts kit (with
trigger) will include a receiver extension (buffer) tube,
receiver end plate, castle nut, buffer and buffer spring.

No refunds, only exchanges for a manufacturer's defect and
it must be authorized by DWP.Please call (949) 234-7682
for an RMA within 15 DAYS of receiving your jig and we will
send you a replacement.

The 80% billet AR-15 lower receivers are precision CNC-machined from solid aerospace T6 heat-treated 6061 billet
aluminum and made in the USA. The BLACK / FLAT DARK EARTH / CAMO / PINK lowers are Mil-Spec Type III hard
coat anodized and the RAW is a non-anodized tumbled finish. Each receiver has an integral winter trigger-guard for
added strength and a flared magwell for speed reloads.

An 80% lower is NOT a firearm as defined by the BATFE and does NOT require an FFL to purchase.
